Focus and Scope (Islamic Studies Exclusive)

  • Only Islamic Studies journals covering all related research areas and possessing a valid ISSN are eligible for registration.
  • Classification Rule: General journals that occasionally include Islamic studies content cannot be classified as Islamic Studies journals. Example: A “Journal of Economics and Business” (General) that accepts articles on Islamic economics and business does not qualify as an Islamic studies journal.

Publication Activity

  • Registered journals must actively publish articles in accordance with their declared publication frequency.
  • Journals that are discontinued will be removed from our database.

Technical & Communication Requirements

  • Journals must maintain an active website to allow for regular information updates.
  • Journal administrators must be available for contact at any time regarding data updates or inquiries.

Fee Structure

  • Registration Fee: There are no registration fees.
  • Repository Fee: USD 0. This fee is allocated for:
    • Digital Infrastructure Maintenance: This fee covers the technical costs of server maintenance, long-term data storage, and system updates to ensure that journal information remains stable and publicly accessible.
    • Data Audit & Verification: Every submitted issue undergoes a manual verification process by our administrators to ensure the journal remains active and strictly adheres to Islamic Studies criteria.
