Islamicjournals.info is an information portal dedicated to Islamic Studies journals. It was developed to help authors efficiently find references and target journals for publication in one place, eliminating the need to search elsewhere. This portal provides comprehensive and up-to-date information, including journal listings categorized by research area, indexing status, impact factors, and acceptance rates. It also details publication timelines—from submission to first decision and final publication—alongside article processing charges (APCs), scope, editorial boards, and international collaborations. Additionally, the portal offers a repository of Islamic articles for reference.
Established in 2025 in Jakarta, Indonesia, the portal is driven by a clear long-term commitment:
- Our Vision: To become the premier global hub for Islamic journal information and academic reference materials.
- Our Mission:
- To continuously expand the database of Islamic journals and scholarly articles.
- To enhance the quality, reach, and credibility of academic content.
- To improve the visibility, accessibility, and reputation of Islamic studies through active user engagement.
- To provide universal free access to information and research articles for scholars worldwide.
Call to Collaboration
We invite Journal Editors to list their publications on Islamicjournals.info to expand their global reach. By joining our database, your journal will gain increased visibility, attracting high-quality submissions from researchers worldwide. Register your journal today and be part of the global Islamic scholarly network.
- The only journals eligible for registration in our database are Islamic studies journals covering all research areas and with an ISSN.
- General journals that include Islamic studies cannot be classified as Islamic studies journals. For example, if the Journal of Economics and Business (General) accepts articles on Islamic economics and business, it cannot be classified as an Islamic studies journal.
- Journals registered in our database must actively publish articles according to their publication frequency. Journals that are discontinued will be removed from our database.
- Journals must have an active website so we can update information regularly.
- Journal administrators are available to contact us at any time for data updates.
